INU team(hereinafter referred to as "we") and our operation team understand the importance of personal information to you and will do our best to protect the security of your personal information. We will abide by the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, clear and reasonable purpose, openness and transparency, consistency of authority and responsibility, user control and security protection to deal with your personal information, meanwhile, we promise that we will protect your personal information according to the mature security standards in the industry and take corresponding security protection measures.
Please read and understand this Private Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") carefully before using INU Service and related services. It should be noted that this Policy does not apply to the services provided to you by other third parties, nor does it apply to the products or services which have separately and independently set up personal information protection policies.

Special Notice

We do not provide services to minors under the age of eighteen, and Part 7 of the Policy specifically provides for the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor, please do not register as our user and use our products and services.

1. How We and Use Your Information

In providing the INU service, we obtain information about you in the following ways. Please note that we require certaintypes of information in order to provide the INU service to you.
(1) User-Provided Information.
You agree to provide some or all of the following personal information when you create an account on the App or use the INU service to upload content on the App or contact us for technical support:
Registration information, such as your date of birth, email, password, user identifier and language;
Profile information, such as your alias, profile image, gender, region, default text message and social media information;
User-generated content, such as text messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code, or other data or materials that you upload and distribute on the App while using the INU Services;
Facial data, for example, when you use some of the features we provide to create special effects or emoticons for your streaming portion or images you upload on the INU Service, but such data will only be used by us for the purposes for which it was collected and will not be used by us for any other purpose unless we have your explicit consent or unless we have converted it into de-identified data; furthermore. We will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising purposes, nor will we share such data with any third party. In addition, if you use real person profile picture authentication, we will collect your profile picture and face recognition video for real person profile picture authentication by comparing your profile picture with the face recognition video, subject to your consent. Our servers do not retain your face recognition video, which is used for authentication purposes only;
Transaction information from your purchases of paid services, such as transaction serial numbers and transaction history;
Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you have given us permission to do so, but you can change access to your GPS information through settings on your mobile device;
Your choices and communications with us, such as information used to verify your account or to address your feedback or complaints; and information you provide when you participate in in-app surveys and campaigns;
Information you provide from social media when you create a INU account by connecting to third-party social media, such as Facebook or Google, or when you link a INU account to a third-party social media account.
(2) Automatically Collected Information for Legitimate Interests.
We may collect some or all of your personal information when you use the INU service for legitimate interests.
Information about online activities, such as your browsing history, web account and information about your interactions with other users;
Information from other sources, we may obtain other information from third parties and sources other than the "INU" service. For example, we may obtain other information from games or services you use or from social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have given us permission to access. When you access the INU Services or connect the INU Services to a social media network, you authorize INU to collect, store and use such other information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy;
Device identifiers such as your operating system, browser type, make, model and serial number of your mobile device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number and media access control address;
Information about your access to and use of other applications;
Other location information, such as SIM card-based information;
Mobile advertising identifiers, which are used by mobile operating systems and provided to advertising providers to collect metrics about mobile applications (IDFA for Apple or AAID for Google);
Metadata, which is associated with the UGC you provide to us and is used to describe other data and provide information about how, when, and by whom the UGC is collected and in what format, such as tags used to label video and subtitlekeywords;
Cookies are small pieces of data that enable us to provide certain features and are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and the way you use the INU Services, and to enhance your experience with the INU Services.
We may also collect, use and share information about you to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregate data may be derived from your personal information, but is not considered personal information because it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
The storage of and access to cookies in connection with the INU Service is governed by the INU Cookie Policy ("Cookie Policy").
We will only use your personal information as permitted by applicable law. Generally, we use your Personal Information for the following purposes: To provide the Services: to show you the INU Services and their contents, including any interactive features on the INU Services, and to provide you with information, products or services if you have given us permission to do so; we will also collect and use Personal Information to verify your eligibility and to offer prizes in connection with promotional activities and sweepstakes;
Service Improvement: to improve and personalize our services by providing new services, information, suggestions and feedback;
Customer Management: managing registered users' accounts, providing customer support and notifications to registered users regarding their accounts or subscriptions, and notifications regarding changes to the INU service or any other products or services offered by or through us;
Communications: communicating and interacting directly with you, for example, we may send you notices about upcoming changes, promotions or improvements to the INU Service;
Content Review: reviewing pictures, images and content posted or generated on the INU Service to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction;
Content customization: researching and analyzing your use of or interest in content, products, advertisements or services offered on the INU Service in order to develop and display content on our websites and applications that meets your interests; performance analytics: determining whether users of the INU Service are unique or whether the same user is using the INU Service multiple times, as well as monitoring total number of visitors, videos viewed number and demographic patterns, and other comprehensive indicators;
Functionality and security: identifying users who do not meet age restrictions, diagnosing or fixing technical problems, and detecting, preventing and responding to actual or potential fraud, illegal activity or intellectual property infringement;
Compliance: to enforce our terms of use and fulfill our legal obligations;
Aggregation: aggregating the information we collect about you for one or more of the above purposes.
Cookies: We and our suppliers and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to automatically collect information, to measure and analyze what pages you click on and how you use the Platform, to enhance your experience of using the Platform, and to improve/improve our services. Cookies are small files that, when placed on your device, enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Data embedded in images, also known as "pixel tags" or "transparent GIFs", identifies cookies, the time and date of the page viewed, the description of the page on which the pixel tag was placed, and similar information from your computer or device. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of Cookies.
In addition, we may use your email or other login or device information to link your contact or subscription information to your activity on all devices on our Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and this Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of these third parties.
You can refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your browser settings; please consult the instructions provided by your browser as each browser has different settings. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to reject or disablecertain types of cookies. in addition, your opt-out choices are specific to the particular browser or device you are using at the time you opt-out, so you may need to opt-out separately for each browser or device. If you choose to reject, disable or delete Cookies, certain features of the Platform may no longer be available to you.
Please note that there may be more than one legitimate reason for us to process your Personal Information, depending on the specific purpose for which we use it.

2. How We Share Your information

Please note that if your profile is public, your content can be seen by anyone on the Platform and may also be accessed or shared by your friends and followers and third parties such as search engines, content aggregators and news sites.
We may also share your information with other members of our group of companies, subsidiaries or affiliates to improve and optimize the Platform and to prevent unauthorized use. We may share your personal information outside of the INU service with your express or implied consent.
We may disclose your personal information to members of our group of companies (i.e., entities that control us, are controlled by us, or are under common control with us), but only to the extent necessary for the scope, functionality, and security of the Services, customer management, content customization, advertising, analytics, validation, and compliance.
We may disclose your Personal Information to authorized service providers who perform certain services on our behalf.
These services may include order fulfillment, credit card payment processing, content customization, analytics, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, support for our functions, and other functions offered through the INU service. However, if you connect to a third party service through the INU Service or otherwise link your INU Account to a third party service, you are requesting and authorizing us to share or authorize access to information with such third party on your behalf. We may also send such third parties information about the content you view or your activities on the INU Service in order to enhance your experience on the INU Service.
In the event of a merger, divestiture, reorganization, restructuring, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, we may disclose or share your personal information with the buyer or other successor, and the transferred assets will include personal information held by us about our users. If such a sale or transfer occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that the entity to which we transfer your Personal Information uses the information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may access, preserve, and share your Personal Information with regulators, law enforcement, or others whenever we reasonably believe that such disclosure is necessary to
(1) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
(2) enforce the applicable Terms of Use, including investigating potential violations;
(3) detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities, security or technical problems;
(4) to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of us, our users, employees or other third parties; or
(5) to maintain and protect the security and integrity of the INU Service or infrastructure.
We may disclose aggregate information about users. We may also share aggregated information with third parties for general business analysis. This information does not contain any personal information and may be used to develop content and services that we hope will be of interest to you and other users.

3. International Data Transfer

Your personal information may be processed by us, our trusted third party providers, outside of the country (or territory) in which you reside, including in countries (or territories) where data protection and privacy laws or regulations may be equivalent or equally protective as those in your country (or territory). In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Information remains protected and secure if it is transferred to a jurisdiction outside of your country that has a lower level of personal data protection.
These measures include (where applicable) transferring under a data transfer protocol that implements standard data protection clauses. We may also transfer your personal data outside of your country of residence as permitted by applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations. For example, we need to transfer your Personal Information
(1) to fulfill a contract with you (or to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request);
(2) to fulfill a contract that is in your interest; or
(3) in connection with a legal claim.

4. Links to other Websites and Applications

When you click on a link to any other website, mobile application or third-party content through the INU Services, you will be taken to another website or other mobile application, and that other entity may collect information about you or relating to you. Please note that the Terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to such third-party websites or mobile applications or content, or to any information collected after you click on a link to such third-party websites, mobile applications or content.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. In addition, we use encryption technology when transferring certain of your Personal Information between your systems and our systems and use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your Personal Information. Please note, however, that we cannot completely eliminate the security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information. You should exercise caution when submitting information through the INU Services and take special care when deciding what information to provide to us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information at all times.

6. You Choices and Rights

You can set your browser to reject all or some browser cookies or to warn you when a cookie is being sent. Please note that your choice to disable cookies will be specific to the browser or device you are using at the time you disable the cookie, so you may need to disable cookies for each browser or device individually. if you disable or reject cookies, please note that some portions of the Site may not be accessible or may not function properly. You may request that your mobile device license be revoked at any time. If you do not wish to share the GPS location, microphone, camera or other similar features on your mobile device, you may turn them off. You may choose not to provide us with personal information, but this may result in you not being able to use certain features of the INU service, as you may need this information to register as a user, purchase paid services, participate in promotions, or file a complaint.
You may edit your profile in the App to make changes to your information, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information or deleting your information.
You may submit a request to access, correct or delete your personal information that we have collected by using the "Complaints and Suggestions" feature on INU. Before responding to your request, we may ask you for verification, for example, using your e-mail account and verification code. In addition, we do not guarantee complete deletion of personal information as it may have been shared with other users or third parties.

7. Children

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under the age of 18. If we learn that personal information of persons under 18 years of age has been collected on or through the INU Services, we will take appropriate measures to delete such information.
If you believe that we have inappropriately collected personal information from younger users, please contact us by using the "Complaints and Suggestions" function on INU.

8. Retention of Your Information

We retain your Personal Information and other information for as long as you keep your INU account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by going to "Me" - "Settings" - "Account Security" - "Logout Account" in the Application.
After our appropriate review, we will delete data that we are not required to retain due to regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements. For example, we will retain location, device, and usage data for a reasonable period of time as necessary for these purposes; while retaining such data, we may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. Once the blocking of deletion has been resolved, we will delete the account as described above.
We may also retain certain information for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent the user from opening a new INU account in the future.

9. Changes and Updates to This Private Policy

We may modify or revise our Privacy Policy at any time. Although we may attempt to notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy, you should check the most recent version on the INU Service periodically to be aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
If we change anything in the Privacy Policy, the date of the change will be reflected in the "Last Updated Date". By continuing to access or use the Services after the effective date of the changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

10. How the Policy Applied

This Policy applies only to the INU Service client and the new forms of products and services provided to you as technology evolves.
At the same time, our products and services may include third-party websites, products and services, such as part of the resource content provided by third parties. You have a choice whether or not to access or accept these third-party websites, products and services. We will exercise due diligence and basic due diligence to require third parties that provide websites, products and services to protect the security of your personal information. However, please understand that we have no actual control over the Private Policy and data protection policies of third parties, and such third parties are not bound by the Policy. Accordingly, we encourage you to refer to the privacy policies of third parties before submitting your personal information to them, and we will provide you with clear instructions when you are about to be redirected to a third party.
